Doug Bramwell, founder and owner of Bramwell Fitness Training Center, is a certified personal trainer, boxing instructor, and diet counselor with over twenty-five years experience in the field. Doug graduated from Bridgewater State University and served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps. After helping hundreds of clients achieve their fitness and nutrition goals through proven techniques, Doug opened Bramwell Fitness Training Center, a state of the art facility with the best of equipment, services, and instructors. Welcome To Bramwell Boxing Academy! Instruction is available at all levels. We offer training and sparring at the pro and semi-pro level, as well as fitness boxing and group classes. Our Junior Boxing Academy for ages 7-12 provides kids with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals from the pros. Or book your private session with one of our professionals to learn the basics or take your skills to the next level. Pad work and personal training by appointment.
